1. Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns if a customer orders the wrong size. Please double-check your size before purchasing. If you are unsure, refer to our size guide or contact our support team for assistance.
However, if you believe you have received a defective product or if there was a mistake on our end, you may request a return. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis for special exceptions.
2. What if I received a defective item?
If you receive a defective item or a product that was sent incorrectly, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging box and tags attached.
- Shoes should be tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid damaging the soles.
- Returns must be shipped in the original box with bubble wrap for protection.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Returns that are worn, damaged, missing packaging, or without tags will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

- Damaged items not due to manufacturing defects
- Missing original packaging or tags
- Items returned without using DHL Express and the provided prepaid label
